Raatifreeze Refund and Return Policy

At Raatifreeze, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury watch purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to assist you with our easy-to-understand Refund and Return Policy. Please read the following terms carefully.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or request a refund for your purchase.
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition you received it in. This includes the original packaging, labels, and any accessories that came with the watch.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Watches that have been altered or repaired by a third party
How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, follow these simple steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that returns without an RMA number will not be processed.
- Packaging: Carefully package the item, including the original box and all accessories. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is safely delivered to us.
Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns: We offer free return shipping for domestic orders (within the United States). Simply use the prepaid return label we provide.
- International Returns: International customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If the item you received is defective or damaged during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged or faulty product.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note the following:
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, please specify that when contacting customer service. We will send the replacement item once we receive the original product.
Non-Refundable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
