1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your location is not included in our shipping list, please contact our customer support team at info@raatifreeze.com to inquire about possible shipping arrangements.

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our shipping calculator during checkout for available destinations.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods based on your location and the urgency of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected, your location, and availability of stock.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days
  • Next-Day Shipping (Domestic): 1 business day (available for certain orders placed before 12 PM local time)
  • International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and other external circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery method selected, the weight and size of your order, and the destination. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. For international orders, additional duties and taxes may apply (see section below).

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the United States.
  • International Shipping Costs: International shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the order. These costs will be calculated at checkout.

4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you promptly via email. Please note that processing times may be affected during peak seasons such as holidays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order status through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.
  • Military Addresses: We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
  • International Shipping Restrictions: Some countries may have restrictions on certain luxury goods, including watches. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that the items can be imported into their country before placing an order.

7. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

  • Domestic Orders: Sales tax is applied to orders based on the shipping address and the applicable local tax laws.
  • International Orders: Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees may apply to international shipments. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. The amount of these fees varies by country and is determined by your local customs office.

Please note that any additional fees incurred due to customs or import regulations are not included in the total price at checkout and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.

8. Shipping Insurance

All orders shipped via Raatifreeze are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your order is damaged during shipping or goes missing, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@raatifreeze.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and ensuring that the issue is resolved.

9. Address Changes

If you need to make changes to the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

10. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, certain factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, customs procedures, or public holidays may cause delays. Raatifreeze is not responsible for any delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
